Alisha is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the State of Washington and holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver with an emphasis on individual and family work and interpersonal trauma. Alisha has a range of clinical experience with a passion for creating safe and trustworthy space for individuals in order to support meaningful reflection, healing, and change.
Alisha has over 10 years of experience working with individuals experiencing and navigating depression and anxiety, diagnosis of a life-changing or life-limiting illness, grief and loss, caring for a loved one, relationship or family conflict, burnout or compassion fatigue, life transitions, and simply day-to-day stress.
Alisha uses wide range of therapeutic approaches including but not limited to person-centered therapy, strengths-based therapy, intergenerational family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed therapy.
